Cabinets, interior windows and tracks, aircon covers, fans, hob and hood exteriors, and floors. Oven interior degrease is an add-on. It is not a faster version of weekly housekeeping.
Our NEA-licensed, WSQ-certified team works an empty HDB or condo so every cupboard, appliance, and floor can be reached. A 3-room flat is typically 4-6 hours with two cleaners. You get a written quote first, an itemised receipt if the agent asks, and a re-clean if a flagged area misses the standard.
We cannot promise the landlord will release the full deposit. We can promise the unit is presented the way a professional handover is supposed to look, which is what most deductions are actually about.
