Post renovation cleaning in Singapore after ID works, a BTO, or a paint job. Gypsum and cement dust sits on ledges, window tracks, and wardrobe interiors. The package is dust, wipe, vacuum and mop. Paint, glue, acid wash and machine floor-scrub are quoted extra.
We use HEPA vacuums for fine dust. Book once the last paint coat has had about 48 hours to cure, and keep furniture out so every ledge is reachable. An HDB is typically 6-10 hours; larger condos run longer.
If renovation or touch-up work is still going when the team arrives, there will be additional charges. Tell us at booking if paint, glue, cement stains or degrease need quoting.

Yes. Post renovation cleaning, after renovation cleaning, and post-construction cleanup are the same job: dust, wipe, vacuum and mop after contractors leave. From $248. Paint, glue, acid wash and machine floor-scrub are quoted extra.
We ventilate, HEPA-vacuum, and wipe new boards, cabinets, and paint film that off-gas in Singapore humidity. That cuts the chemical smell most new BTO and ID homes have. We are a cleaning team, not a sealed-room abatement contractor.
Book once renovation is fully complete, including final touch-ups, and before you move furniture or personal belongings in. This gives us a clear empty space to clean thoroughly.
Typically 6–10 hours for an HDB flat and 8–14 hours for a condo or landed property, depending on the renovation scope and unit size.
Paint removal is an additional item, quoted on site. It is not in the standard post-reno package.
Cement or stain removal with acid, and machine floor-scrub, are additional items quoted on site. The package vacuum and mop is included.
Yes. We finish every job with a neutralising wipe-down and use low-VOC, family-safe products so the space is immediately safe to occupy.
Yes. Post-renovation work requires HEPA-grade filtration to capture fine construction dust that standard vacuums recirculate back into the air. Every post-reno job uses HEPA equipment.
Glue, adhesive and goo removal is quoted on site. It is not in the standard package.
Surface wipe-down of air-con covers, filters, and vents is included. Full internal air-con servicing (chemical wash) is a separate specialist service we can refer.
Heavy grout haze, cement stains and acid wash are quoted on site. Standard toilet and floor work is scrub and mop.
Ideally wait 48 hours after the final paint coat so surfaces are fully cured and we can wipe walls, skirting, and frames without lifting paint.
It uses the same property-size pricing table, but the scope and time required are significantly more because of the dust, residue, and specialist equipment. It is a deeper, more intensive clean.
Disposal or moving bulky items is quoted extra. Tell us before the appointment. Large construction waste should be cleared by your contractor before we arrive.
