- End of tenancy, post renovation, deep/spring and urgent cleans all cost the same. These are one-time cleans anywhere in Singapore, with no travel fee, no deposit on standard jobs and GST included.

What a typical booking costs
Three common bookings and what you'd pay:
- Tenant moving out of a 3-room HDB, oven used: $388 end of tenancy + $80 oven interior = $468.
- Family deep clean of an 850 sqft condo before Chinese New Year: 701 to 900 sqft row = $388. Add a 3-seater fabric sofa on shampoo ($138) and a queen mattress on dry/steam ($118) for $644 before any bundle discount.
- New 4-room BTO after the ID contractor leaves: $448 post renovation. If tilers left cement haze on the kitchen floor, the acid wash is quoted separately at $50 to $200 depending on the area.
What changes the price
Unit size, not hours. HDB flats are priced by room type and condos by floor area, so you know the number before the team arrives. A 5-room EA/EM or jumbo flat costs more because there is more kitchen, more toilets and more floor, not because the crew is slower.
Rooms and layout. Condos with more than 3 rooms carry a 10% surcharge. Lofts, penthouses and extra bathrooms are flagged in the quote. Tell us at booking so the team size is right.
Condition-specific work. Paint drips, glue, cement haze, heavy wall marks and exterior windows needing extension poles vary too much to fix a price, so they are quoted after photos or a look on site.
What does not change it: the date, the area of Singapore, or urgency. There is no travel fee for Woodlands or Pasir Ris and no rush surcharge on next-day slots.
How to get an exact quote

A few photos of the kitchen and toilets help for older units. You get a written quote, usually within minutes between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

A one-time deep, move-out or post-renovation clean with MCAAS costs $288 to $788 for an HDB flat depending on room type (a 3-room is $388, a 4-room is $448) and $248 to $788 for a condo or apartment depending on floor area. Larger or multi-storey homes are quoted on total area.
$388 for a standard 3-room HDB flat. That covers cabinets (inside if empty), interior windows and tracks, aircon covers, fans, kitchen, toilets and floors. Oven interior degrease is an $80 add-on.
The same unit-size tables apply: from $248 for a condo under 400 sqft, $448 for a 4-room HDB. The package is dusting, wiping, vacuuming and mopping. Paint removal, glue, acid wash for cement stains and machine floor-scrub are quoted extra after we see the unit.
From $98 for an armchair on dry/steam. A 3-seater fabric sofa is $128 on dry/steam or $138 on shampoo deep cleaning, and a 5-seater is $148 to $158. Leather is quoted separately.
Single $98 to $108, queen $118 to $128, king $128 to $138. The lower price is dry/steam, the higher is shampoo deep cleaning.
No. You get a written quote before the job. The only standard surcharge is 10% for condos and apartments with more than 3 rooms. Lofts, extra bathrooms and add-ons such as oven interiors are shown in the quote before you approve it.
Not for standard HDB or condo cleans. Payment is due after the job, once you have walked the unit. A deposit may be asked for large post-renovation jobs to hold the slot.
Yes. Prices quoted include GST where applicable, and the receipt breaks the total out clearly.
Hourly part-time cleaners suit weekly upkeep. Move-out, post-renovation and deep cleans are priced by unit size because the checklist is fixed: the hood, grout, tracks and aircon covers have to be done whether that takes four hours or six. A fixed price also means a slow day is not your cost.
