Sofa cleaning in Singapore is hot-water extraction or dry/steam, quoted per seat. An armchair starts at $98. A 3-seater fabric sofa is typically $128-$138. Steam without extraction soaks the foam in our humidity. We extract, then you sit on it the same day.
Dust mites live below the cover
Mattress cleaning in Singapore is per size: single from $98, queen from $118, king from $128 on dry/steam. Shampoo sits $10 above that. Vacuuming the cover does not reach sweat and dust mites in the foam. Most mattresses are sleep-ready the same night.

Urgent cleaning services in Singapore means next-day weekday slots when a team is free, not a guaranteed same-day app. Same prices as a planned job: from $248. If the unit is empty and an agent is coming, it is still end of tenancy. If you still live there, it is still a spring clean. Speed does not shrink the checklist.

From first contact to final inspection, we follow a proven process to deliver consistent and high-quality results every time.
WhatsApp us the unit type (HDB 3-room, condo sqft, landed), the job (move-out, post-reno, spring clean, or sofa), and your date. We reply with a written quote, usually within minutes during 8am-5pm.
A WSQ-certified team arrives on time with HEPA vacuums, degreasers, descalers, and family-safe products. You do not supply tools. We work room by room so you can stay home or leave keys with the concierge.
We walk the kitchen hood, grout, aircon covers, tracks, and skirting before we leave. If anything misses the handover standard, we re-clean it at no charge. Payment is due after you have seen the work.

A 3-room HDB end-of-tenancy is usually 4-6 hours with a team of two. A condo spring clean is 5-8 hours. Post-renovation runs longer because of dust and residue, often 6-10 hours. Sofa or mattress work is 30-90 minutes per item.
Yes. Day-to-day work uses eco-friendly, low-VOC, family- and pet-safe products. Rooms can be used again once surfaces are dry. For heavy kitchen grease or post-reno adhesive we use stronger agents, then rinse and ventilate so the unit is safe to occupy the same day.
No. Many customers leave keys with the condo concierge or a neighbour. Teams are full-time MCAAS staff, background-checked, insured, and wear company ID. You can also stay and work room by room with us.
