Landlord-ready handover clean
The job tenants book when the agent is walking through oven interiors, aircon filters, grout, and skirting. Built for deposit protection, not a weekend wipe.
Remove construction dust and residue
After ID works, a BTO, or a paint job. Fine gypsum and cement dust will not lift with a mop. HEPA, adhesive peel, and floor machine-scrub.
Top-to-bottom seasonal refresh
The Singapore whole-home deep clean: pre-CNY, mid-year school holidays, or whenever humidity has won. Every room, including the spots weekly cleaning skips.
Sofas, mattresses, and carpets
Fabric in 80% humidity holds sweat, dust mites, and odour even when it still looks fine. Hot-water extraction or dry/steam, quoted per item.
Not sure which to book
If two pages could fit, start with the one that names the deadline or the mess. That is what the crew will actually do on site.
Landlord or agent inspection, deposit at risk, unit must be empty. Book end-of-tenancy, not a generic spring clean.
Grey dust on every dark surface, chemical smell, grout haze. That is post-renovation work, not a mop-and-go.
Pre-CNY, school holidays, or humidity has won. Spring cleaning is the full-home deep clean package.

Our Process
From first contact to final inspection, we follow a proven process to deliver consistent and high-quality results every time.
WhatsApp us the unit type (HDB 3-room, condo sqft, landed), the job (move-out, post-reno, spring clean, or sofa), and your date. We reply with a written quote, usually within minutes during 8am-5pm.
A WSQ-certified team arrives on time with HEPA vacuums, degreasers, descalers, and family-safe products. You do not supply tools. We work room by room so you can stay home or leave keys with the concierge.
We walk the kitchen hood, grout, aircon covers, tracks, and skirting before we leave. If anything misses the handover standard, we re-clean it at no charge. Payment is due after you have seen the work.

Four residential jobs: end-of-tenancy / move-out handover cleaning, post-renovation / post-construction cleaning, spring cleaning (the full-home deep clean, including pre-CNY), and upholstery cleaning for sofas, mattresses, and carpets. We cover HDB flats, condos, and landed homes island-wide.
Home cleans start from $248 and are priced by unit type and size (for example a 3-room HDB is typically $388). Upholstery starts from $98 per item. The quote you approve is the price you pay. Full tables sit on each service page.
A 3-room HDB end-of-tenancy is usually 4-6 hours with a team of two. A condo spring clean is 5-8 hours. Post-renovation runs longer because of dust and residue, often 6-10 hours. Sofa or mattress work is 30-90 minutes per item.
Yes. Day-to-day work uses eco-friendly, low-VOC, family- and pet-safe products. Rooms can be used again once surfaces are dry. For heavy kitchen grease or post-reno adhesive we use stronger agents, then rinse and ventilate so the unit is safe to occupy the same day.
No. Many customers leave keys with the condo concierge or a neighbour. Teams are full-time MCAAS staff, background-checked, insured, and wear company ID. You can also stay and work room by room with us.

Tell us before the team leaves, or within 24 hours with a photo of the missed area. We return and re-clean that area at no charge. That is the handover-standard guarantee, not a slogan.
Yes. HEPA vacuums, degreasers, descalers, steam or shampoo gear for fabric, cloths, and ladders come with the team. You only need running water and a working power point.
