Punggol and Sengkang are dust towns right now
North-East Singapore splits in two. Punggol, Sengkang, and Buangkok still throw a lot of post-ID and BTO dust: gypsum in coils, tracks, and wardrobe interiors. Ang Mo Kio and Hougang are older kitchens and grout. Both are island-wide MCAAS jobs from the same tables: home cleans from $248, 3-room typically $388, upholstery from $98.
A mop on key collection day is not post-renovation cleaning. Fine dust sits in places a household broom never reaches. Book post renovation if contractors cut, sanded, tiled, or painted. Wait about 48 hours after the last paint coat so we can wipe walls without lifting paint.
Waterway-facing condos in Punggol hold still, humid air. Sofas and mattresses smell even when they look clean. That is extraction, not a house wipe. Book upholstery for the fabric and spring cleaning if the whole unit is overdue.
Mature AMK and Hougang versus new waterway condos
Ang Mo Kio and Hougang hoods are often original mesh with years of varnish-sticky grease. The filter soak is the easy part. The canopy and the tiles behind the hob are why DIY fails. Spring cleaning includes that. A bottle of dish soap on Saturday does not.
New North-East condos fail on tracks and covers because the unit is small and dark surfaces show dust. Concierge and loading bays fill on Saturday morning. WhatsApp 1-2 weeks ahead with the condo name for a weekend slot.
How a North-East booking works
Same three facts: unit type, job, date, plus estate. Written quote. Keys optional. Empty interiors if you want cabinets done. Two cleaners. Walkthrough. Re-clean flagged spots. Pay after.
Post-reno in a Punggol 4-room often runs 6-10 hours because of dust. Say if furniture is already in. We will be honest about what we can reach.
Stairs, lifts, and waterway humidity
Older Hougang walk-ups add stair time. Newer Punggol blocks add lift bookings. Waterway humidity adds drying time on fabric. None of that is a secret extra fee if you described the block in the quote.
Included and extra
Standard home package as island-wide. Post-reno extras: paint, glue, acid wash, machine floor-scrub. Oven interior extra. Sofa, mattress, carpet on the upholstery list from $98.

Punggol dust is not household dust
Gypsum and cement fines sit in coils and tracks. A cheap vacuum blows them into the next room. That is why post-renovation cleaning is its own page with HEPA and a longer duration. If you already moved furniture in, we will still do floors and reachable ledges. We will not claim we cleaned under a bolted wardrobe.
Wait 48 hours after the last paint coat. Wet paint and our wipe do not mix. If the ID is still on site, we are not a construction cleaner sharing the unit with grinders.
Sengkang waterway condos and drying time
Still air over water holds humidity. Sofas against glass pick up condensation. Extraction helps. Soaking a cushion with a household steamer and leaving it wet overnight does not. We extract and leave fabric usable in a few hours when the method fits the weave. Leather is a different method. Send a photo of the sofa.
Hougang and AMK kitchens
Old mesh hoods with amber varnish need dwell time, not a spray-and-wipe. We soak filters and degrease the canopy underside. If the motor housing is caked and you want it opened, say so. Some housings are not user-serviceable. We will not force a clip and break it.
Black grout in AMK bathrooms is often biofilm plus humidity, not only dirt. We scrub. We cannot bleach a cement joint white forever if the exhaust is dead and the door stays shut. We will tell you that on site rather than sell a miracle.
Booking windows in the North-East
Punggol Saturday mornings compete with every other ID handover in the town. If your key collection is Saturday 11am and you want a clean the same day, say so a week ahead. Same-day after keys is rare. Next-day weekday is more realistic.
Hougang weekdays are easier. An AMK 4-room spring clean on a Tuesday is a normal booking. WhatsApp before 3pm for a same-conversation quote during 8am-5pm.
Two cleaners is the standard team. A dusty post-reno Punggol 5-room may need a longer day, not a surprise third person billed later. If we need more hours, that is duration on the same quote, or we tell you before we start that the job will run past 5pm.
You can stay. You can leave. Kids at home are fine if they can be in a finished room. We do not babysit. We do not need tea service. Water for the team is kind, not required.
If the WhatsApp photos show open ID debris, we will push you to post renovation even if you typed spring cleaning. The wrong page wastes a visit.
