Who we are
MCAAS is a local, owner-operated business, not a marketplace or a franchise. Every cleaner who comes to your home is a direct MCAAS employee: background-checked, WSQ-trained, in uniform with company ID, and covered by our public liability insurance while on site. No subcontracted crews.
We focus on the jobs a weekly helper or part-time cleaner is not set up for: handing an empty flat back to a landlord, clearing renovation dust out of a new BTO, and the full-home reset that Singapore's 80 to 84% humidity makes necessary every few months. That focus is why our price tables are by unit size, not by the hour.

How a job runs
- Quote on WhatsApp. Send the unit type (HDB room type, condo sqft or landed), the job and the date. You get a written quote, usually within minutes during working hours.
- The clean. A team of 2 for a typical 3-room HDB, 3 to 4 for larger condos and post-renovation jobs, with our own HEPA vacuums, degreasers, descalers and family-safe products. You do not supply anything.
- The walkthrough. Before the team leaves we check the hood, grout, aircon covers, tracks and skirting with you. Anything that misses the handover standard is re-cleaned on the spot at no charge. Payment is after you have seen the work.
Standards we hold ourselves to
- Written quote before any work. Add-ons such as an oven interior or acid wash are priced before the job, never added on the day without your OK.
- Free cancellation or rescheduling with 72 hours' notice.
- Keys are logged, tagged without your address and returned the same day. Access codes are passed to the on-site team only, never stored digitally.
- Low-VOC, family- and pet-safe products for day-to-day work, stronger agents only where needed and with ventilation.
- Itemised receipt on request, useful for landlord handovers and company reimbursements.

From our Bukit Batok base we cover all of Singapore with the same prices and no travel fee: West, East, North, North-East, Central and South. Condo concierge letters, service-lift bookings and HDB lift rules are routine.
