ID works, a BTO, or a paint job leave gypsum and cement dust in aircon coils, window tracks, and wardrobe interiors. A mop spreads it. This service is the specialist clean after the contractors leave and before you sleep there.
We use HEPA vacuums, paint and adhesive removers, and floor machine-scrubbers. Book once the last paint coat has had about 48 hours to cure, and keep furniture out so every ledge is reachable. An HDB is typically 6-10 hours; larger condos run longer.
Surface dust is the easy part. The job is the film that resettles overnight if the vents and tracks are skipped, plus grout haze, tape residue, and the faint chemical smell from new boards and paint.
