Excellent work by Mercy. The house has never been this clean before. We are extremely fortunate to engage Mercy for our house cleaning. She is meticulous in cleaning every nook and cranny of the house. It looks like a brand new house after the cleaning. She also gave us many helpful tips on cleaning and house maintenance. Very pleased with their services. Engaged them for the post renovation cleaning after recommendation from our ID. From the initial site assessment, negotiation and cleaning, the staff have been very accommodating and courteous. Munisha who led the cleaning crew listened carefully to how I wanted the house to be cleaned. She kept me posted on the progress and always asked about items that need to be cleaned/disposed as well as other areas that may need to be cleaned. I booked a deep cleaning for 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, which had not been professionally cleaned thoroughly. The team arrived right on time and were extremely courteous and professional. Would like to thank Amanpreet and Ramasamy. They paid special attention to everything, especially places many other services often overlook. Additionally, they used cleaning products accordingly to the material and providing good advice when needed, which was important to me as it doesn’t “ruin” the surface and paints.
