I booked a professional cleaning package to deep clean the house I'm moving into. Mercy and her team did an excellent job. Mercy has high attention to detail, proactive response in keeping me posted with the cleaning progress, clarifying whenever there's a doubt and also recommending what's the best cleaning method for specific areas. She was very diligent and courteous, ensuring the cleanliness was up to my expectations and reworking areas that I felt needed more attention. I'm very pleased and grateful for the patience and dedication Mercy and her team provided me today. The support team I engaged with for the booking were also great, giving me a thorough walkthrough of their services, what are my areas of concern, what to expect and the costs involved. Munisha (team leader) and her team did another fantastic job this time (spring cleaning prior to the Lunar New Year). From the last experience of post renovation cleaning, I requested for the same team this round. Due to manpower arrangement, we have almost a new team yet as efficient. Team leader, Munisha, who is expecting yet displayed her leadership skills and professionalism by briefing the team on the tasks to work on after I showed her around the house with areas that need extra attention. The team of ladies were very thorough especially with the windows and floor cleaning leaving a new shine to my house. The boys are a bit shy but will obliged when found areas that need more scrubbing. Munisha also gave a heads up on the estimated time required to complete the job (mine, she was spot on!). Overall, very satisfied with the job done. My family members are pleased with the cleaning. I will be engaging MCAAS in the future and strongly recommend MCAAS for cleaning of all purposes.
