- End-of-Tenancy Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning for rental properties to meet landlord or lease requirements, including deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Post-Construction Cleaning: Cleaning services for properties after construction or renovation, including removal of debris, dust, and construction-related residue.
- Specialized Cleaning: Tailored services such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, or other specific cleaning requests.
Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific terms agreed upon at booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service with or without notice.
3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under the age of majority.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking Services or creating an account.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at privacy@mcaassolutions.com.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Booking and Service Agreements
4.1 Booking Process
To book Services, you may submit a request via our Website, phone, email, or other designated channels. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from us, which may include a service agreement, pricing, and scheduling details.
4.2 Service Scope
The scope of each Service will be outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement. You agree to provide accurate details about the property (e.g., size, condition, specific requirements) to ensure appropriate service delivery. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., excessive mess, hazardous conditions) as communicated at the time of service.
4.3 Access to Property
You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property where Services will be performed. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, hazardous materials are removed, and any specific instructions are communicated in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Service fees are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on the type, scope, and location of the Service. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other designated platforms). Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in the service agreement.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend Services until payment is received.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 7). No refunds will be issued for Services completed as agreed or for cancellations outside the permitted timeframe.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel or reschedule a Service by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations upon our team’s arrival may incur the full service fee.
6.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure, safety concerns). We will notify you promptly and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund for unperformed Services.
7. Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion at privacy@mcaassolutions.com. We may offer a re-clean, partial refund, or other remedy at our discretion, provided:
- The issue is directly related to the quality of our Service.
- You provide evidence (e.g., photos) of the issue.
- The issue was not caused by your actions or property conditions (e.g., pre-existing damage).
No refunds will be issued for Services performed as agreed or if you fail to provide access to the property.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure the property is safe and accessible for our team.
- Remove or secure valuable or fragile items before service begins.
- Comply with any pre-service preparation instructions provided.
- Refrain from interfering with our staff during service delivery.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees, service delays, or refusal of service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by MCaaS Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that Services will meet your expectations or be error-free.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising from your use of our Website or Services.
- Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

In the event of property damage caused by our negligence, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will address claims through our insurance process, subject to verification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCaaS Solutions, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website or Services at our discretion, without notice, if:

Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and you must cease using our Website or Services.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or equipment failures. We will notify you promptly and work to reschedule Services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through:
