Mercy has high attention to detail, proactive response in keeping me posted with the cleaning progress, clarifying whenever there’s a doubt and also recommending what’s the best cleaning method for specific areas. She was very diligent and courteous, ensuring the cleanliness was up to my expectations and reworking areas that I felt needed more attention.
